All orders only include the minimum required information for payment and fulfillment. 
The company does not store your credit card number. 
No use of our trademarks is allowed unless written authorisation is received by DX Products Ltd. 
Information stored in our database includes customer names, addresses and unique identification numbers. 
It is not permitted to sell using online shopping platforms (Amazon, Ebay etc) without prior written authorisation. 
After the product has been shipped to a customer we store this data for up to 800 days unless a customer emails us at support@dxproducts.com and requests removal from the database. Note: this will void your warranty because it is necessary for the company to keep this data on hand in order to fulfill after sale service and warranty requirements. 
When the warranty expires we delete all electronic order information but store printed receipts for 7 years in accordance with accounting legislation.
